Pinoy WISE International chapter of Bay Laguna identified fish processing as their social enterprise. The group were trained on fish processing by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources. The group of 25 composed mostly of women migrant returnees and families of overseas Filipinos look forward to seizing the opportunities in the value chain of fish processing from production to marketing.
